I’ve been coached by Tatiana for about 3 years. I reached out to her when I was at a plateau with my body composition. I had the fitness (weightlifting and cycling) aspect dialed in but needed expert input on nutrition and macros. Tatiana has guided me through several build and cut phases and I am truly happy with the progress I have made and where I am at right now. Beyond that, she has inspired me to focus on recovery and mindset which are every bit as important as exercise and nutrition.

My unwavering passion is empowering women to embrace lasting well-being, and I've transformed this passion into a one of a kind program: Embody Her Coaching.
I've always had a deep love for sharing the principles of a healthy lifestyle based on my own experiences. To now have the opportunity to inspire and teach other women how to lead their lives in a similar way is a dream come true.
